Springfield Schools will delay start of school 2 hours 02/16. 10:00 AM START TIME. No bus routes will run; please come if you can. Slow down & take your time but get here safe. No morning PK & no breakfast served.
Due to predicted snow & blowing snow Springfield Schools will be closed on Wednesday, 02/15. Activities & PK are cancelled as well
In an effort to recognize students who are going above and beyond to exemplify the qualities of a Longhorn, The Legendary Longhorn award was implemented. Congratulations to Ella Swanson for being named a Legendary Longhorn!
The start time for the high school basketball game at Kit Carson has been changed to 3:30 p.m. The game is scheduled for Tuesday, February 14th at Kit Carson. There will be two games, varsity girls and varsity boys.
The Regional Science Fair scheduled for Wednesday, February 15th has been rescheduled to Wednesday, February 22nd.
The SPS Pre-K Citizens of the Month recognized in February are Remi Babbitt from the Blue Team and Theodore Birdsong from the Yellow Team! Congratulations to these respectful, responsible, good citizens!
