Springfield HS and JH art students in Mrs. West's classes have learned about self-portrait artist, Frida Kahlo. Their first assignment was to draw Frida and end the week drawing their own self portrait. They all did a great job!

The biggest obstacle the cross-country team had to overcome this weekend at Johnson was the wind! This is always one of the team's favorite courses and this year they proved that once again with 4 of the 7 runners placing in the top 15 and 2 breaking personal records. The high school team finished 4th; they tied for 2nd place but didn't have a 6th runner to break the tie. Way to go Horns! The team heads to Syracuse on Saturday. Parker Arbuthnot - 4/67 Mylo Lovejoy - 7/67 Hayden Brooks - 11/67 Draven Ferch - 22/67 LJ Willis - 37/67 (PR) Alexis Penson - 9/16 Isabel Guadiana - 26/37 (PR)
