At the regular biennial school election to be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, school board directors for the Springfield School District Re-4 will be elected. The school district is calling for nominations for school board directors.
Three directors will be elected; two will serve a four-year term and one will serve a two-year term. Petitions may be obtained at the District Office, 475 W. 5th Avenue, Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Completed petitions should be submitted in the same manner and will be accepted until 12:00 noon, Friday, August 29, 2025.
Candidates must be a registered elector of the Springfield School District, as defined by the Colorado election laws for at least twelve consecutive months prior to the November 4, 2025 coordinated election, a resident of the Springfield District, and cannot have been convicted of commission of a sexual offense against a child. No petition shall be circulated prior to August 6, 2025 (90 days before the election).
